CSS Translations and Services, was born close to the Court of Milan, thanks to the cooperation of more than 20 years with Copisteria del Tribunale.
The experience and knowledge gained over the years has taught and prepared us to handle and respond immediately to all types of requests. Giovanna began her experience in contact with the reality of the Court in 2004, when she was hired by Copisteria del Tribunale in Milan and it was there where she learned to work closely with all kinds of customers and all kinds of needs.
In Css she is in charge of the management of each file, in the acquisition, and the verification of the current regulations in force necessary for the proper processing of the entrusted file.
Antonella began her experience in contact with the reality of the Court and all the related Offices in 2000, when she started working at Law Firms. She worked as secretary and has 20 years of experience in civil law gained during the apprenticeship in criminal law. She has a solid knowledge of legal processes and insolvency proceedings to enforce sale of fixed and non-fixed assets, debt collection, civil notifications including direct and via registered e-mail (PEC) ones.
Good knowledge of bankruptcy procedures, pre-bankruptcy, ordinary litigation, monitorial proceedings. Attentive, precise and reliable listener.
After a bachelor’s degree in Human science, she immersed herself in legal studies to deepen her understanding of the legal system and social dynamics. This interest stems from a desire to understand the social and legal challenges affecting communities.
During her studies, she engaged in the development of analytical and critical skills to apply them professionally to significant projects in various fields.
Carmen is a specialist in forfeiture of assets and properties, she is also a technician of Agenzia delle Entrate (Revenue office) for the registration of private deeds, an expert in the Land Registry, an expert in telematic civil process, she owns several years of experience in inheritance issues and moreover she is qualified to draft and transmit inheritance declarations.
